Dissolution of Partnership Agreement

This template represents the first step in dissolving a partnership. A partnership may be dissolved when the intended purpose of the partnership has been achieved, when the partners enter an agreement to that effect, when an option to dissolve is provided for in the partnership agreement, when a dissolution date is specified in the partnership agreement, when the partnership interest is wholly transferred to one partner, except if another partner joins the partnership within the prescribed time limit or when ordered by a court of law.

Dissolution of Partnership Agreement

We recommend using this template when any partnership wishes to end its activities, liquidate its assets to the partners, terminate the partnership agreement and formally end its existence.
